Kobližek company was founded in 1933 by Karel Kobližek (grandfather of today's owner) who was successfully expanding the business until post-war era, when he was forced, just as majority of skillful and qualified people, to close a production and continue together with his son Jaroslav against the will of communist regime until 70's.
Soon after he passed out his son Jaroslav Kobližek sr. was trying to keep a tradition, in a minimal possible level, and I was helping him. Because of that I decided that it's necessary to re-open the business and present-day's production is a result of many years' preparation.
I continue in development of technical and appearance improved instruments, and I will be very pleased when playing these accordions will be a pleasure for you.
